So, here's how it all works. Every week, i'll be giving everyone a sneak peek into the songs on heavy rotation on my IPod. I'll take out the Top 3 songs every week and give y'all a chance to either download the music or just listen to it.
Now, the songs don't necessarily have to be brand new for them to feature on my selection. They're just a bunch of songs i can't get enough of that week. So some weeks i might get real old school and at other times, i might drop something so new the record label hasn't even approved it yet. Either way, i guarantee you'll be impressed. So, are you with me? Let's do it!
NO. 3: Dekumzy - Come close
My good friend, Dekumzy has been bubbling under the radar for a minute now, patiently waiting for his chance to blow. He garnerned some respect and mainstream popularity for producing hits for bonafide stars like Resonance and dat Nigga Raw. But not content with a chair behind the boards, Dekumzy decided to show all of us that he is more than just an ace producer and released his debut solo album 'Who Get Dat Thing?' earlier this year.

Check out my favourite song from the album 'Come close (ft. Aicue & Slow Dogg)'
NO. 2: M.I - Drop It Like Its Hot
Recently, i was like where the hell is M.I? After his award winning, 'Crowd Mentality', the emcee had dipped a bit under the radar, save for an appearance on Jimmy Jatt's mixtape and the odd feature. But now, we are officially in M.I. mania and the talented emcee seems to be everywhere in just a matter of weeks! With two full albums and a mixtape on the way, M.I. has been churning out music quicker than Tu Face manufactures babies. Tru yarns! Check out the first single from his free mixtape, Illegal Music. The song is titled 'Drop it Like its Hot' and the mixtape is dropping (pun intended, sorry couldn't help it) this December.
Check out Drop it Like its Hot'
NO. 1: Flavour - N'Abania
If you support the school of thought which says that D'Banj built an entire music career solely by selling sex to the Nigerian public, you would also agree that relative mewcomer Flavour is the Kokomaster's Ibo version. Tru yarns! Flavour's hit single 'N'Abania' has found an audience with both old and young people despite its explicit content. His popularity is testament to the budding singer's talent and hardwork, having already made guest appearances on commercially successful albums coming out from the East over the years.

Check out 'N'Abania' over here!
Even if you don't understand, act like you know! Feel free to comment on the songs, are you loving them or are you loathing them.
Holla at me on thechiaman@gmail.com. I'm out like i was never here!
